Welcome to the Theta Phi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta!
The Theta Phi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta was founded on UAB's campus on January 25, 1997. From this date forward, our chapter members have strived to walk in courage, graciousness, and peace every day. We believe that commitment to service and sisterhood is the most honorable way to live and aid our community. We are challenged by our founders and each member around us to realize our potential in every aspect of our lives. Together, we are able to grow into strong, confident, capable women. This is illustrated by our actions and the dedication each sister has made to the chapter and our campus. Our chapter is involved in a wide variety of campus activities like student government, community service programs, and academic honor societies. Alpha Xi Delta’s are leaders, teachers, students, friends, and most importantly, sisters. Few words can accurately describe this sisterhood, as each member brings a unique quality to the table that contributes to how special Alpha Xi Delta truly is. Each sister has a heart of gold that shines through onto every person she meets. To be an Alpha Xi is to be proud of the sisterhood built within our chapter and to hold it close to our hearts.
Throughout my years here at UAB, Alpha Xi Delta members have shown me unconditional support and encouragement and inspired me to realize my fullest potential. Alpha Xi has not only shaped me into the woman I am today, but continuously shown me the courage, graciousness and peace that I will carry with me throughout my lifetime. The women in this chapter are truly my home away from home and my closest friends.
I invite you to explore our website and fall in love with the Theta Phi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta, just as I did. And as always, Go Blazers!
