One of the greatest gifts of serving as Membership Vice President is getting to witness the beginning of so many incredible stories. Every conversation, every connection, and every woman who chooses Alpha Xi Delta helps shape the future of our chapter in a meaningful way. Recruitment is about bringing together women whose unique strengths, passions, and perspectives will leave a lasting impact on our sisterhood for years to come. There is something truly special about witnessing the connections formed during recruitment and seeing both potential new members and our sisters come together through a genuine appreciation for the values and friendships that shape our chapter. When I joined Alpha Xi Delta, I never imagined how deeply it would shape my college experience. This sisterhood has given me so much and the women beside me have encouraged me through every season, celebrated every success, and reminded me that I never have to go through life alone. Because of them, UAB became more than just the university I attend, it became home. It is an incredible honor to help welcome the next generation of women into a sisterhood that has given me so much, and I hope that through recruitment you find a place where you feel seen, valued, and inspired to become the best version of yourself.
